Mind
Recognize the thoughts and beliefs that support you, and those that get in your way.
For individuals
You might know exactly what you want to change, or just feel that something isn’t right. Perhaps you’re exhausted, doubting yourself or missing something you can’t quite name. I help you understand what’s going on and work toward feeling calmer, more confident and clearer about what you want.
What’s on your mind?
Perhaps you’re tired of worrying, afraid to make mistakes or feeling lonely. You might want to communicate better, build a fulfilling relationship or discover your strengths. Or there’s a goal you care about but haven’t found a way to pursue. These are all things we can explore together.

You feel tense, rushed or overwhelmed, and it’s hard to switch off even when you have time to rest.
You replay conversations, second-guess decisions or find yourself worrying about what might go wrong.
You set the bar high and are hard on yourself. Even when things go well, it rarely feels like enough.
You’d like to say what you think and need more clearly, listen more closely or feel better prepared for difficult conversations.
You say yes when you want to say no, or feel responsible for everyone else. You want to recognize your limits sooner and take your own needs seriously.
You feel pulled in too many directions and struggle to decide what needs your attention.
You want a clearer sense of purpose. What matters to you, and how could your everyday life reflect that?
You doubt yourself, compare yourself with others or hold back because you’re afraid of getting it wrong. You’d like to trust your own judgment more.
You feel lonely, even around other people. You’d like to understand what kind of connection you’re missing and how to find it.
My approach
We look at your thoughts, feelings and physical reactions, as well as what you want to do differently. Your needs guide what we focus on.
Recognize the thoughts and beliefs that support you, and those that get in your way.
Notice tension, changes in your breathing and energy, and when you need to set a boundary.
Explore what matters to you and how you want to live and work.
Put what you learn into practice, one manageable step at a time.
Between sessions
You’ll receive my digital ACT workbook, with straightforward explanations, everyday examples, questions to reflect on, and exercises for both mind and body.
We choose the sections that are useful to you. You can use them between sessions and return to the exercises after coaching ends.
