Work stress and burnout prevention
You feel tense, restless or exhausted, and it’s getting harder to recover between working days. We look at how to recognize these warning signs sooner and handle pressure and expectations in a more sustainable way.
For organizations
One-to-one online coaching for employees who want to develop their strengths, feel more confident in their role or find a healthier way to handle pressure and change.
Support that fits
Employees come to coaching for many reasons. They may want to feel more confident in a new role, take greater ownership of their work or achieve a specific goal. Others need support with stress, change, unhelpful habits or work that keeps spilling into their personal life. Some know what they need; others need help working that out.
I tailor coaching to the employee and their work environment. Before we begin, we agree on the focus, the expected number of sessions, everyone’s role and what information may be shared with the employer. Confidentiality is part of that conversation from the start.

Areas we can work on
The focus depends on the employee. Common areas include:
You feel tense, restless or exhausted, and it’s getting harder to recover between working days. We look at how to recognize these warning signs sooner and handle pressure and expectations in a more sustainable way.
You want to bring more confidence and purpose to your role. We explore what matters to you at work, where your strengths lie and how to take responsibility for your choices and priorities.
Work is taking up more of your time and energy than you’d like. We look at your workload, availability and personal needs, and practice setting clear boundaries.
A new role, restructuring or another change has left you uncertain. We explore how to handle that uncertainty and focus your efforts on what you can influence.
My approach
We consider your thoughts, physical reactions, values and actions together. Understanding how they affect each other helps you decide what to do differently at work.
Recognize the thoughts and beliefs that support you, and those that get in your way.
Notice tension, changes in your breathing and energy, and when you need to set a boundary.
Explore what matters to you and how you want to live and work.
Put what you learn into practice, one manageable step at a time.
ACT helps employees respond more flexibly to pressure, uncertainty and change. They learn to notice difficult thoughts, emotions and tension without automatically reacting to them. This can help with setting priorities, maintaining boundaries, having difficult conversations and making decisions that reflect their responsibilities and values.
Tight shoulders, shallow breathing or fatigue can be early signs of stress. Simple breathing, posture and movement exercises help employees notice these signs and respond before the pressure builds further.
Reflection, practical exercises and creative activities help employees try new ways of making decisions, communicating and handling everyday situations at work.
Between sessions
Employees receive my digital ACT workbook, with clear explanations, examples from working life, reflection questions, and ACT and body-based exercises.
The workbook helps employees practice what they’ve learned between sessions, and remains theirs to use afterward. We choose the relevant sections and agree on a pace that works for them.
Coaching is not psychological treatment and does not replace therapy or medical care.
